One of the principles of the Initiative is that all Inspired Individuals will be known personally by those who nominate them. This helps ensure that we select candidates who are individuals with integrity and credibility.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Before nominating a person as an Inspired Individual you should be convinced that they not only have a truly innovative idea for bringing about significant social change, but that they also meet the following initial selection criteria:
1. Are they passionate about lifting people out of poverty?
2. Are they confronting social injustice?
2. Do they have a track record of success?
3. Are they initiators - are they proactive and innovative?
4. Do they have personal integrity and credibility in the communities where they work?
5. Do they see a role for the local church through the work they are doing?
6. Does their idea scalable? Does it have the potential to be replicated or effect significant positive social change?
HOW TO NOMINATE
If you have identified an exceptional individual who meets this criteria then we would love to hear about them!

If you do email us please ensure that you have included your name, contact details, and relationship with the person you are nominating, as well as the name and contact details of the person you are nominating. Also please ensure you have included in your nomination the answers to the following key questions:
1. What need / problem are they seeking to address??
2. How are they doing that and how innovative is it?
3. Having read about the type of support we can offer, in what way do you think Inspired Individuals can support this person?
